Health Coaching with Erica Cooper
Come Back to Yourself.
Restore Your Energy. Strengthen Your Boundaries. Reclaim Your Creative Spark.
Personalized 1:1 holistic health coaching for sensitive, creative people who are ready to feel more grounded, empowered, and at home in themselves.
You may have spent years trying to figure out why you don't feel like yourself.
You've changed your diet.
You've tried supplements.
You've seen practitioners.
You've researched your symptoms late at night.
You've tried to “push through.”
And yet something still feels off.
Maybe you're exhausted.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed by other people's emotions.
Maybe you're highly sensitive to food, environments, stress, or relationships.
Maybe you've struggled with chronic health challenges that have changed the way you live.
Maybe you have a hard time saying no.
Maybe you constantly put other people's needs before your own.
Or maybe there's a part of you that knows you're meant to create, express yourself, and shine—but your health, confidence, or self-worth keeps getting in the way.
You don't have to keep abandoning yourself in order to be there for everyone else.
It's time to move on.
YOUR BODY IS ASKING FOR YOUR ATTENTION
When you've been dealing with chronic health challenges for a long time, it can be easy to lose trust in your body.
You may wonder:
“Why can't I just feel normal?”
“Why am I so sensitive?”
“Why am I exhausted when I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do?”
“Why is it so hard for me to set boundaries?”
“Why do I keep putting myself last?”
“Why do I know what I need to do, but struggle to actually do it?”
And underneath all of this may be something even deeper:
“Is it safe for me to be fully myself?”
This is where our work begins.
Not with judgment.
Not with another rigid protocol.
Not with trying to force your body into submission.
But with learning to listen to yourself again.
YOU ARE NOT TOO SENSITIVE.
Maybe you've been told you're:
“Too emotional.”
“Too sensitive.”
“Too intense.”
“Too much.”
But sensitivity can also be a profound strength.
Sensitive people often notice things other people don't.
You may be deeply intuitive.
Highly creative.
Emotionally perceptive.
Empathetic.
Spiritually aware.
And deeply connected to music, art, nature, people, and your environment.
The goal isn't to become less sensitive.
The goal is to become more grounded in your sensitivity.
So you can experience the world without constantly becoming overwhelmed by it.
WHEN YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR SELF-WORTH ARE CONNECTED
Sometimes the hardest thing isn't knowing what to eat.
It's learning to believe that you are worthy of taking care of yourself.
You may know you need rest—but feel guilty resting.
You may know you need to say no—but worry about disappointing someone.
You may know a relationship isn't healthy—but struggle to walk away.
You may know you need boundaries—but feel selfish for having them.
You may have dreams—but keep making yourself smaller.
Our coaching work looks at the whole person:
BODY
Nutrition, lifestyle, rest, movement, environmental factors and everyday habits.
MIND
Thought patterns, beliefs, self-talk and the stories you've developed about yourself.
EMOTIONS
Learning to notice, process and respond to emotions rather than constantly overriding them.
BOUNDARIES
Learning to say no, communicate your needs and protect your energy without living in guilt.
SELF-WORTH
Moving from “What do other people need from me?” toward “What do I need—and what do I value?”
CREATIVITY
Making space for the artist, musician, writer, dreamer and creator inside you.
FOR THE ARTIST WHO HAS BEEN WAITING TO SHINE
This part of my work is especially close to my heart.
I'm a musician and songwriter myself, and I understand how deeply creativity can be connected to identity.
When you're struggling physically or emotionally, creativity can disappear.
You stop making music.
You stop writing.
You stop performing.
You lose confidence.
You start comparing yourself to everyone else.
You wonder if you're still capable of creating the life you imagined.
But your creativity isn't frivolous.
It is part of who you are.
I want to help you create enough health, stability, confidence and self-trust that you can begin making space for your creative life again.
Whether you're a:
Singer
Songwriter
Musician
Artist
Writer
Entrepreneur
or simply someone who knows there is a creative part of you waiting to come alive—
you don't have to choose between taking care of your health and pursuing your dreams.
Your health should support the life you're called to live.

BODY-BASED TRAUMA RELEASE PRACTICES
I will also be incorporating the Taylor Trauma Release Technique into appropriate sessions.
This is offered as a body-based practice intended to help you become more aware of physical sensations, tension and patterns held in the body.
We will always work within your comfort level.
You are in control of your process.
Coaching and body-based practices are complementary and are not a substitute for medical care or mental-health treatment when those services are needed.
THIS WORK MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You are tired of feeling like your health is controlling your life.
You are highly sensitive and often feel overwhelmed by people, environments or stress.
You have struggled with chronic health challenges and want to take a more holistic approach to your wellbeing.
You have difficulty setting boundaries.
You tend to put everyone else first.
You struggle with self-worth or self-trust.
You have a hard time saying no.
You feel disconnected from your body.
You are an artist or musician who feels creatively blocked.
You have dreams you've been afraid to pursue.
You know there is more inside of you.
And you're ready to stop shrinking yourself.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING A DIFFERENT PERSON.
It's about coming home to the person you already are.
The part of you that knows what you need.
The part of you that has dreams.
The part of you that wants to create.
The part of you that wants to be healthy.
The part of you that wants meaningful relationships.
The part of you that wants to live with more freedom.
That person isn't gone.
We are simply creating the space for her—or him—to emerge.
MY APPROACH
I don't believe there is one perfect diet, supplement, routine or healing protocol that works for everyone.
You are a whole person—not a collection of symptoms.
That's why our work is individualized.
We'll look at where you are now, where you want to go, and what may be standing between the two.
Then we'll focus on practical changes you can actually live with.
Small steps.
Greater awareness.
More self-trust.
Better boundaries.
More connection with your body.
More room for creativity.
And gradually, a greater sense that your life belongs to you again.
MEET ERICA
Hi, I'm Erica Cooper.
I'm a musician, songwriter, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and someone who has personally experienced the frustration of struggling with chronic health challenges and not knowing how to get better.
My own journey changed the way I think about health.
Over the years, I became deeply interested in the connections between the body, lifestyle, mindset, emotions, environment and the way we experience our lives.
But I also discovered something else:
Health isn't the destination.
Health gives us the capacity to live.
To create.
To love.
To make music.
To pursue our dreams.
To show up for the people we care about.
And to become the people we were created to be.
That's why I created Moving On Health.
Because sometimes moving on doesn't mean forgetting what you've been through.
It means learning from it, rebuilding your relationship with yourself, and deciding that your past doesn't get to determine the rest of your story.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER CAN BE DIFFERENT.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't need to become perfect.
You don't need to overhaul your entire life tomorrow.
You simply need to be willing to take the next step.
One choice.
One boundary.
One healthier habit.
One honest conversation.
One creative risk.
One decision to stop abandoning yourself.
And then another.
And another.
Until one day you look around and realize:
I'm becoming myself again.
READY TO MOVE ON?
